• Permissible Use: You may not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the Service.
• User-Generated Content: You grant Social365 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify, re-arrange, and distribute your user-generated content on Social365 for the purposes of operating and providing the Service(s) to you and to our other Users.
• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: uploading any content that violates another's intellectual property rights, using the service for any unlawful purposes, attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Social365 system or network.

Intellectual Property The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Social365 and its licensors.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Social365 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Governing Law These Terms of Use and your use of Social365 are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of law rules. Any disputes related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Germany.
